Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or refunds. Exchanges only in the event:

• Items were received damaged
• Due to manufacturers defects
• Items were missing from orders

All exchange requests must be submitted with photo proof no later than 7 days of delivery to rma@xtensystem-us.10web.me. Please include correct shipping address to ship exchanged items at time of exchange request.
